Responsibilities

As the key link between the Solutions Architect and Operations teams, you will support and coordinate ERP activities to ensure smooth Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations. You’ll be the Operations go-to for IFS ERP, driving system adoption, efficiency, and issue resolution. This role covers short- to mid-term operations and functional development of IFS Cloud ERP and related applications, in a team culture that values fresh ideas and shared success.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Operations teams regarding IFS ERP functionality, focusing on Supply Chain modules including Purchase Orders (POs), RFQs, Purchase Requisitions, Manufacturing and more
  • Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and user assistance to ensure operational continuity and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with the Solutions Architect and ERP Manager to implement solutions, configuration changes, and enhancements that align with Operations requirements
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of IFS applications to optimize workflows within Operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes through ERP functionality and system enhancements
  • Monitor system usage and performance within Operations modules and escalate issues or recommend optimizations
  • Assist in generating and distributing operational reports using IFS BI, Power BI, or other reporting tools
  • Support compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements within the scope of Operations activities

What do you need to bring to the team?

  • Experience in ERP support or operations roles, directly with IFS ERP
  • Hands-on expertise with IFS Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules: POs, RFQs, Purchase Requisitions, MES, Shop Floor Workbench, Warehousing, Stock, Shipments
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams and translating business needs into system requirements
  • Strong knowledge of IFS Applications (Aurena, Cloud, or earlier versions) focused on Operations modules
  • Familiarity with IFS Lobbies, IFS Cloud, and reporting tools such as Power BI or IFS BI
  • Basic understanding of SQL queries, APIs, and ERP integrations is a plus
  • Comfortable with both cloud-based and on-premises ERP environments
