Our partner is a leading technology consultancy delivering successful and innovative business change to its clients. They are an IFS Gold Channel Partner and a certified IFS Reseller.

As an IFS Support Consultant, you will provide assistance and support to IFS users within the contracted service level agreements. Your responsibilities include resolving client issues, offering guidance on system usage, and ensuring a seamless experience with our IFS solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing timely and effective support to clients using IFS solutions and software products, addressing issues or concerns that arise, including pre/post implementations, upgrades, and business as usual.
  2. Monitoring and responding to incoming issues on the Service Desk, managing faults logged through to resolution.
  3. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and advising on best practices for utilizing the IFS system.
  4. Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, collaborating with technical and functional teams.
  5. Documenting and tracking client inquiries and support activities.

Requirements:

  • Technical proficiency in IFS systems, including functionalities, modules, and configuration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience supporting IFS systems.
  • Experience interacting with clients and understanding their business processes.
