Role Overview

Are you an experienced IFS Consultant who has a sound understanding of the Project module and looking for a new opportunity with a fast-growing global business?

This highly visible role will see you at the forefront of delivering premium IFS offerings directly with Platned customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international customers using IFS ERP to understand diverse and complex business processes operating in the industries such as project-based manufacturing, Construction, aerospace, oil & gas, and shipbuilding.
• Analyse and evaluate existing workflows across multiple departments and geographies and advise how to optimize using IFS ERP to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Play the Solutions Architect/ Consultant role in IFS Implementations and version upgrades in different stages of the project lifecycle.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, aligning business needs with process improvements and provide solutions to make sure customers follow best practices.
• Involve in Pre-Sales activities such as product demonstrations, POCs, and implementation / upgrade effort estimations.
• Work with different internal and external team dynamics working in multiple projects with strong and effective communication, work delegation to assure on time delivery and achieve quality outputs.
• Continuously develop expertise in IFS ERP software functionality: staying abreast of new features of best practices.
• Continuous knowledge seeking on project-based industry developments and technologies such as Blockchain, AI based solutions.
• Work as a module lead for IFS Projects module to build a knowledge pool by mentoring team members, conducting knowledge sharing sessions and trainings.
• Working in different time zones and On-site travel based on customer requirement.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• A bachelor’s degree in information and communication technologies.
• Minimum of 7 years working experience in IFS Projects module.
• Industry expertise on Construction, Project based manufacturing, Aerospace, Ship building and construction.
• Good communication skills in the English language.
• Ability to work independently and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in multiple projects.
• Knowledge in IFS Cloud, IFS Aurena, is a necessity.
• Knowledge in PL/SQL, Business Reporter, IFS Mobile Applications, Data Migration, Custom Configurations, Quick Reports, certification in the IFS Projects module, and consulting experience will be an added benefit.
