Job summary

Cadillac Formula 1 Team in the United Kingdom is seeking an IFS ERP Functional Analyst to connect Solutions Architecture with Operations. You’ll identify problems worth solving on the shop floor and translate insights into real system improvements.

Own the relationship with Operations for all IFS ERP aspects—POs, RFQs, manufacturing, inventory and shipments—and surface new requirements across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with IFS ERP in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Ability to translate operational needs into system requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for Operations on IFS ERP across POs, RFQs, and manufacturing processes.
• Proactively surface requirements by engaging stakeholders across the organization.
• Bridge shop-floor users and leadership, translating operational detail into priorities.
• Provide day-to-day support for stores, warehousing, and shop orders.
• Configure and customize IFS to streamline workflows and tune processes.
• Support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) of changes before go-live.
• Create and send operational reports using IFS BI or Power BI; document for adoption.
