We are seeking a skilled Lead ERP Developer to join our team and help drive technical innovation and performance. As we work towards transitioning to IFS Cloud, we are looking for an individual to take ownership of key responsibilities in both managing and optimising our current ERP system, as well as leading the development and growth of our ERP team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee, optimise, and manage the existing ERP system to ensure its technical performance aligns with organisational goals.
• Provide technical leadership and direction for ERP development efforts, setting standards and guidelines for best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address ERP system requirements, ensuring the platform is meeting business needs.
• Deliver training to the ERP team to enhance their skills and capabilities, empowering them to succeed in their roles.
• Play a pivotal role in the upcoming transition to IFS Cloud, ensuring the seamless migration and integration of our ERP system.

What You’ll Bring:

• Expertise in ERP system management and development, particularly with IFS or similar ERP platforms.
