Job summary

Nscale is a GPU cloud provider for AI. We are hiring a Senior Manager, External Reporting (IFRS) to lead external financial reporting, ensure IFRS compliance, and support regulatory filings.

You will partner with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and auditors to strengthen governance, controls, and timeliness as the company scales.

Experience in Big Four or listed multinational preferred; ACA/ACCA/CPA required; strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years post-qualification experience with IFRS external reporting.
• ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent with external reporting background.
• Experience with audits and regulatory filings in large organizations.
• Experience with US GAAP or local GAAP-to-IFRS reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IFRS external reporting, ensure timely statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate UK Strategic Report and annual reporting components.
• Manage bank reporting and consolidation in line with group information.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory filings; act as finance liaison.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance around external reporting.
