My client is a wealth planning practice based outside Guildford with over 30 years of operation. I have met the Directors, visited their offices, and placed 7 staff members within the business. They have an excellent reputation for providing solid financial advice to private and corporate clients across London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire. Their client base includes City professionals, families, retirees, and business owners, with investments ranging from a minimum of £500k to over £3m for their top clients.

The Managing Director is seeking to recruit a Diploma-qualified Independent Financial Adviser with at least 12-18 months of advising experience and CAS signed off. The role focuses on marketing and new business development, including attending breakfast meetings, conferences, seminars, and sponsored networking events to generate new opportunities. A nucleus client bank will be provided, but building a personal client book is emphasized. The firm uses platforms such as Elevate, Transact, Aberdeen, and Quilter.

This office-based role encourages active prospecting and client acquisition outside the office. You will receive 1-2-1 mentorship from the MD, the highest billing adviser in the business. Support will be provided for exams towards Chartered status. The salary ranges from £40k to £60k, complemented by an attractive bonus scheme and benefits including Death in Service, Private Medical, and Life Insurance.
