Qualifications

• Essential: Proven experience as an Administrator within a financial planning or IFA firm
• Essential: Strong understanding of financial planning processes and adviser workflows
• Essential: Confidence dealing directly with clients via phone, email and online portals
• Desirable: Exposure to financial planning software platforms

Responsibilities

• Supporting Advisors with diary management and meeting coordination
• Preparing comprehensive meeting packs ahead of client appointments
• Proactively contacting clients to obtain outstanding information
• Liaising with internal teams and external providers to progress cases
• Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate records
• Producing key illustrations, projections and valuations
