You will work with Financial Planners and Paraplanners to ensure a smooth, compliant client journey,

Qualifications

• Experience in IFA/Financial Planning administration
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client service
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of provider/platform, pension and investment

Responsibilities

• Manage client correspondence and maintain client relationships
• Process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
• Prepare annual review packs and meeting documentation
• Arrange client meetings and manage adviser diaries
• Request provider illustrations and product information
• Maintain accurate client records on internal systems
• Handle client enquiries and provider communications
• Provide back-office and operational support using Intelligent Office
• Ensure all administration aligns with internal procedures and regulatory standards
