The Client

A highly successful and expanding Wealth Management firm, widely recognised with an excellent reputation based in London.

The Role

The IFA Administrator will provide a high level of administrative support to Wealth Management teams, including Wealth Managers, the Administration Manager and Paraplanners.

The IFA Administrator will be responsible for Client Data Input and Client Record Maintenance.

The IFA Administrator will maintain a Daily Activity Diary via Intelligent Office and will issue and follow up information requests to Life and Investment companies and issue LOA’s to providers.

The IFA Administrator will summarise and gather information for Wealth Planners for Recommendation Reports and will be the Internal Liaison with the Investment Managers.

The IFA Administrator will be responsible for producing Valuation Reports and preparing Valuation Reports for Client Meetings.

The IFA Administrator will submit and process New Business adhering to Compliance Requirements.

The IFA Administrator will liaise with Providers regarding Fee Statements and will collate meeting packs and produce Finalised Recommendation Reports for financial planning clients.

The IFA Administrator will assist with general administration tasks and ad hoc duties.

The Candidate

2 years Minimum of IFA administration, Financial Planning support Experience

Good organisational & time management skills

Experience with Intelligent Office advantageous
