Job summary

Tekk Fusion is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our growing Financial Planning practice. You will support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, handling administration from enquiry through to completion and ensuring exceptional service.

You will process new business across pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds and protection, prepare documentation, and maintain CRM records while adhering to FCA regulations and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IFA / Financial Planning environment.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and wealth management administration.
• Experience processing new business from start to finish.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using Intelligent Office or Xplan CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
• Process new business across pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds and protection.
• Prepare client review packs, valuations and meeting documentation.
• Obtain information from providers and chase outstanding requirements.
• Process Letters of Authority and maintain accurate client records.
• Liaise with clients, providers and third parties by telephone and email.
• Prepare client correspondence and post-review documentation.
• Maintain Intelligent Office (or equivalent CRM) with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Manage workflows to ensure service standards and deadlines are achieved.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.
