Job summary
Clark James Recruitment is assisting a professional IFA business in Maidstone to recruit an IFA Administrator/Paraplanner. The role supports Financial Advisors with research, report preparation and client liaison, ensuring tailored advice aligns with objectives and FCA guidelines.
You will contribute to cash flow modelling, retirement planning and ongoing client relationships, with opportunities for development within a growing firm.
Qualifications
- Level 4 Diploma or working towards Level 4 Diploma.
- Experience as an IFA Administrator, Paraplanner, or similar in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products and planning tools.
- FCA regulations familiarity and compliance requirements.
- Clear written and spoken communication; ability to simplify complex information.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client research on financial products, markets and portfolios.
- Prepare detailed, compliant suitability reports based on recommendations.
- Assist in gathering client information and communicating on behalf of the IFA.
- Support cash flow modelling, investment planning and retirement strategies.
- Ensure documentation meets FCA and company standards.
