Job summary

JHR Recruitment seeks an experienced IFA Administrator for a central Ilkley-based wealth management business. You will provide essential administrative support across new business, existing clients and the wider financial planning team.

The role covers processing new business, client servicing, preparing valuations and reports, and managing documentation through Papercloud and Intelliflo. This is a relaxed, professional environment with two days remote working after probation.

Qualifications

• 12 years experience in a financial services administration role.
• Experience of new business processing and client servicing.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and a professional approach.
• Previous experience using Intelliflo would be advantageous, although not essential.
• An interest in progressing your career and working towards relevant financial services qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Processing new business across a range of financial products, including fund switches.
• Supporting existing clients with enquiries and general servicing requirements.
• Preparing documentation for client meetings, including valuations and reports.
• Processing fees and invoices.
• Managing and securely maintaining client documentation through Papercloud.
• Maintaining the Intelliflo database and managing tasks.
• Working closely with advisers and the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey.
