Capio Recruitment Financial Planning is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator in Birmingham to join the team on a hybrid basis. The role involves supporting advisers, handling client servicing, and processing new business submissions with meticulous accuracy.

You will liaise with providers, clients and advisors, manage relationships, and input data precisely. Flexible hours, pension contributions, and development opportunities are offered.

• Support with reporting and liaising with providers, clients and advisors on a regular basis.
• Manage client relationships and input data to a high level of accuracy.
