Job summary

Radiant Financial in Market Harborough or Birmingham is seeking a Financial Services Administrator (IFA) to join the Client Relationship team. The role is hybrid with office. salary up to £32,000 depending on experience, plus early Friday finish.

You’ll manage administration for life, pensions and investments, ensuring service levels and timely completion. Full IFA experience required to hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an IFA Financial Services Administration role with understanding of financial planning processes.
• Excellent communication and professional telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal English literacy

Responsibilities

• Book, confirm and prepare for Annual Review appointments with client packs.
• Prepare and issue Periodic Suitability Reports and post-meeting actions.
• Process Letters of Authority, death claims and address changes with accurate documentation.
• Handle reallocation tasks, liaising with providers and updating plans/fees in Intelliflo.
• Manage ad-hoc admin requests and maintain tasks on iO; complete AML checks.
