Job summary

A leading National Financial Planning company is seeking to recruit 2 IFA Administrators for a home-based role, with occasional office visits. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide key administrative support within a prestigious financial practice, aiming to maintain high standards of client service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ financial services experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in providing high quality administrative support to advisers.

  • Prepare and issue client reviews and process new business through to conclusion.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a National Financial Planning company that are looking to recruit 2 IFA Administrators to join their team. This will be a home-based role but you may be required to go to the office on the odd occasion. This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded Financial Planning practice.

  • Provide high-quality support to our Advisers
  • Assist Advisers in the production and issuing of client advice, including liaison with product providers and undertaking product research
  • Prepare and issue client reviews including obtaining product specific information eg switch fees and funds available and charges
  • Work with FE analytics
  • Co-ordinate the issuing of client advice, client correspondence and enclosures
  • Process new business through to conclusion
  • Work with Platform sites

Qualities

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage your own time and achieve strict timescales
  • Work on your own initiative
  • A self-starter and finisher
  • Good at working under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A strong team player

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ financial services industry experience in a similar role
  • A proven track record in providing high quality administrative support to advisers
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

Qualifications

  • Working towards the CII Level 4 qualification would be desirable
