We are currently recruiting for a highly regarded Financial Planning practice in Gerrards Cross who are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.

This company illuminates their clients' financial world, building clarity and confidence, and optimizing every experience they have with them.

Responsibilities

  • The IFA Administrator is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of business and delivering a first-class service to clients.
  • Understand and add value to clients' needs, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.

Onboarding- providing full administrative support for onboarding new clients.

Data management- maintaining and updating client data securely.

Reviews- preparing client reviews, updating cash flow models, investment performance reviews, and producing reports and discussion documents.

Relationship Building- liaising with clients via telephone, letter, and email.

Proposition delivery- delivering services within agreed levels and timescales.

Coordination- collaborating with administrative staff to prepare application and provider forms and keep clients updated.

Partners- working with solicitors and accountants to implement action plans.
