Job Description:

IFA Administrator - Cambridge

Working in collaboration with Financial Advisers and colleagues, you will assist in preparing recommendations and producing suitability reports in line with company policy. Responsibilities include maintaining client records, data gathering, and application form preparation and submission. The role involves promoting the company’s services in a professional and FCA compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle client and third-party queries effectively through clear communication.
  2. Record all client communications accurately in line with company policy.
  3. Gather and verify client information ensuring compliance documentation is complete.
  4. Collaborate with Financial Advisers to discuss client objectives and compile financial reports.
  5. Liaise with product providers and third parties for additional information.
  6. Assist in identifying planning areas and sourcing solutions, including tax calculations.
  7. Obtain quotes, illustrations, and product details for comparison.
  8. Prepare suitability letters and reports for approval, including pre-completion documentation for clients.
  9. Support administrative functions such as new business processing and scheduling meetings.
