We are seeking a high-calibre Planning Support Administrator who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a dynamic environment. Day-to-day of the role:

• Prioritize customer satisfaction in every task, ensuring an excellent level of service.
• Learn and integrate core values and knowledge of our products/services into daily activities.
• Efficiently manage the onboarding of new clients and servicing existing clients.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, advisers, and paraplanners within your immediate POD.
• Contribute positively to team morale and energy, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
• Communicate effectively with clients through various mediums such as telephone and email.
• Participate in projects within the business as needed, showing initiative and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a financial planning environment.
• CII or RO part-qualified preferred.
• Familiarity with investment products such as ISAs, Pensions, and Bonds.
• Proficient in using CRM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to personal development.
