Role Summary:This is a great opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator who's confident in all aspects of adviser support and is keen to develop their skills further. You'll play a key role in the smooth running of the advice process, with scope to support some entry-level paraplanning work alongside the team, perfect for someone who's proactive and looking to expand their technical exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of IFA administration: ensure efficient and compliant support to advisers
  • Prepare client packs, valuations, and review documentation: keep service levels high and consistent
  • Process new business and liaise with providers: help maintain excellent turnaround times
  • Maintain client records using CRM systems: IO
  • Support basic paraplanning tasks where needed: develop your technical skills in a live setting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an IFA/wealth management admin role
