Job summary

Kalon Financial Ltd in Swindon is seeking an IFA Administrator to support financial planning activities. The role focuses on processing applications, liaising with clients and providers, and preparing documentation for client meetings.

No prior IFA experience is required, but a Financial Services background helps. You'll work with experienced Advisers and Paraplanners, receiving strong support and development opportunities within a collaborative team.

IFA Administrator / Financial Planning Administrator

Swindon | Full-Time | Bonus up to 5%

Do you have experience within Financial Services and want to build your career within Financial Planning?

We're working with a well-established financial planning firm in Swindon that's looking for an IFA Administrator to join its growing team.

You don't need previous IFA experience. It would certainly be an advantage, but the business is equally interested in someone with a strong Financial Services background who is organised, good with clients and keen to learn.

You’ll work alongside experienced Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, with plenty of support and opportunity to develop your knowledge.

The Role

• Processing new business and client applications
