Job description

We are currently recruiting for an extremely well established and prestigious Wealth Management business in North Hertfordshire.

The role is for a full-time IFA Administrator - the successful candidate must have had previous experience of Group Risk or Group Life or Group Protection also known as Employer Benefits.

Working hours: Monday to Friday; 9.00 to 5.00pm.

This role could be hybrid after a period of training full-time in the office in Stevenage, working 3 days from home and 2 office - based- but this could change in the future, so you must live within a commutable distance from the office in North Hertfordshire.

Duties and Responsibilities of a IFA Administrator:

  • Working alongside the Financial Advisor giving admin support on pension schemes - including speaking to any clients following any enquiries.
  • Conducting research and careful record keeping of client enquiries.
  • Assistance with annual review paperwork for the client giving any feedback when necessary.
  • Deal with all day-to-day queries from clients and colleagues
  • When required attend client meetings
  • Ad hoc administrative assistance to the Client Services Team when required.

Person Specification and experienced required:

  • Proven experience is the Financial Service sector with relevant skills in Group Risk , Group Life or Group Protection.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Respectful team player and highly organised.

Excellent Benefits Package:

  • 4 x salary life cover
  • The successful applicant will join our company pension scheme immediately, with an employee and an employer contribution of 5%, utilising salary exchange.
  • At the end of a six-month probation period, employee will benefit from being enrolled in the company Cash Plan, funded by the company.
  • 28 days annual holiday, up to three days of which must be taken over the Christmas break.
