A Liverpool based Wealth Management firm are keen to bring on an experienced IFA Admin, to not only support with the workload, but also be an integral part of the team of 5.

This role will require someone to slot into an already busy desk, and take on work from day one. There will still be support ongoing, to ensure your development continues and opportunities both within the Admin team and upwards over time.

You will be expected to do the following tasks, amongst others:
  • - Telephone and admin work
  • - Report writing and preparing documentation
  • - Chasing clients and 3rd parties
  • - Being a point of contact and taking inbound calls / communication
  • - Work with the Paraplanning and Financial Advisers to ensure a smooth process

This is an opportunity to join an established business and already established Admin team, so as well as bringing in experience and adding value, there is also support around you to develop further.
