Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day administration of financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients and professional partners, delivering outstanding service.
  • Implementing automation tools to improve workflows, such as AI-powered transcription and task management systems.
  • Managing client cases and clearing backlogs to ensure timely and compliant financial planning support.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to enhance operational strategies and introduce process improvements.
