• Supporting multiple Financial Planners and their client portfolios.
• Coordinating planner diaries and client meetings efficiently.
• Preparing comprehensive meeting documentation under tight deadlines.
• Processing new business applications and liaising with providers.
• Producing illustrations, valuations and transfer documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records across back-office systems.
