An established industry player is seeking a Financial Planner to inherit £30m of Funds Under Management from a retiring adviser. This role offers the opportunity to manage a solid client base with around 100 long-term relationships, allowing for full autonomy over your schedule and the flexibility to work from home or the office. With comprehensive admin and paraplanning support, you will focus on enhancing client relationships and exploring their wider financial needs. Job description

Position: Financial Planner, £30m of FUM to inherit from a retiring adviser

Package: £excellent plus car allowance plus excellent bonus structure, pension and other benefits including share save scheme

Location: Aberdeen

This opportunity is taking over from a retiring Financial Adviser. There is circa £30m of FUM with around 100 long term and established client relationships ready for you to pick up. Not only that, you will be introduced to many of his existing professional introducers.

The clients are predominantly located within Aberdeen and some over the central belt of Scotland. You will have full autonomy over your diary and have the ability to work from home or their offices, the choice is yours. Full admin and paraplanning support will be provided.

The successful Financial Adviser or Financial Planner will have a client centric approach, solid experience across all areas of advice (ideally strong investment knowledge) and be pro-active in taking the client bank to the next level i.e. exploring wider family needs from the existing client bank, following up with client referrals and developing the existing professional connection relationships.

In return, you will have an excellent base salary, bonus structure, pension and other benefits including a share save scheme. The bonus structure will allow you to elevate your earnings.
