Saviynt is seeking a Customer Success Manager (IAM Practitioner) to enhance customer engagement and product adoption for its Identity Authority platform. This role involves strategic consulting, customer relationship management up to C-level, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a high-growth environment.

The Customer Success Manager (IAM Practitioner) will manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt’s innovative services and products, aligning with customers’ business objectives and priorities. The role involves driving customer success through advisory, adoption strategies, and metrics analysis, leading to higher customer satisfaction, retention, and business expansion.
€80,000 - €110,000 a year
