The Customer Success Manager (IAM Practitioner) will manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt’s innovative services and products, aligning with customers’ business objectives and priorities. The role involves driving customer success through advisory, adoption strategies, and metrics analysis, leading to higher customer satisfaction, retention, and business expansion.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a strong customer-focused sales, orientation, and launch process.
  • Build and maintain relationships up to C-level executives.
  • Understand customer’s identity and access governance landscape and advise on solutions using Saviynt’s products.
  • Foster trust with customers and sponsors to maximize product adoption and value realization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align product development with customer needs.
  • Represent customer interests in internal prioritization.
  • Prepare for key events like go-lives and releases.
  • Create and maintain success plans for each customer.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify utilization trends and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Plan and deliver training on new features and updates.
  • Manage renewal pipeline and address at-risk customers to ensure renewals.
  • Support delivery projects and organizational process improvements.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Experience and knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM); cybersecurity or compliance background is valuable.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Identity Security practitioner preferred.
  • Proactive attitude with a can-do approach.
  • Experience in customer success or application portfolio management within SaaS.
  • Hands-on IAM and security experience.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and on-premise IT landscapes.
  • Experience with IT systems implementation, especially cloud and identity management.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking and crisis management.
  • Team player with a focus on process improvement and service excellence.
  • Proactive with risk mitigation mindset.
  • Willing to travel up to 20%.

€80,000 - €110,000 a year

- Complete security & privacy training during onboarding and annually.
