Job summary

Gazelle Global Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional to join an enterprise security programme in Coventry. The role focuses on enhancing privileged access, identity governance and enterprise security capabilities within a hybrid work model (3 days onsite per week).

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM/PAM within enterprise security programs.
• Experience administering BeyondTrust PAM and Password Safe; PRA and EPM.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of PIM and Just-In-Time access.
• Experience with RBAC, Zero Trust, IGA and SSO configurations.

Responsibilities

• Administer BeyondTrust PAM solutions, including Password Safe, PRA and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM).
• Manage privileged account onboarding, maintenance, certification and decommissioning.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory administration.
• Implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Just-In-Time (JIT) access.
• Manage service accounts, credential vaulting and secrets management.
• Support IGA, access reviews and entitlement management.
• Configure SAML, OAuth, OIDC and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Apply RBAC, least-privilege and Zero Trust security principles.
• Support identity threat detection, monitoring and incident response.
• Use PowerShell to automate IAM/PAM administration.

Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management professional to join an enterprise security programme in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of privileged access, identity governance and enterprise security capabilities.

You will support the administration and improvement of IAM and PAM services, helping secure privileged accounts, strengthen authentication controls and deliver effective identity lifecycle management across a complex enterprise environment.
