Job summary

Gazelle Global in Coventry is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional to join our enterprise security programme. You will help enhance privileged access, identity governance and enterprise security capabilities within a complex environment.

You will support IAM and PAM services, secure privileged accounts, strengthen authentication controls and deliver identity lifecycle management across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM/PAM experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to administer BeyondTrust and PAM workflows.
• Strong scripting with PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC and SSO integration.
• Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Administer BeyondTrust PAM solutions and related tools.
• Manage privileged account onboarding, maintenance, certification, decommissioning.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory administration.
• Implement PIM and Just-In-Time access controls.
• Manage service accounts, credential vaulting and secrets.
• Support IGA, access reviews and entitlement management.
• Configure SAML, OAuth, OIDC and SSO.
• Apply RBAC and Zero Trust security principles.
• Assist identity threat detection, monitoring and incident response.
• Use PowerShell to automate IAM/PAM administration.
