Job summary
Halfords is seeking an Identity Platform Lead to own Halfords' identity and directory platform, ensuring security, reliability, and cloud-first readiness. You will lead day-to-day operations, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Entra ID and Active Directory, with ownership sitting with you.
You will lead the development of Entra ID, AD, PAM, IGA and related tooling, guiding platform evolution with engineering partners while third-party delivery is managed by partners.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including CA, PIM, IGA and enterprise SSO integrations.
- Proven experience administering and supporting Active Directory in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience leading outsourced engineering teams or managed service providers.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical design, configuration, implementation and ongoing operation of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Drive deployment and adoption of identity technologies including PAM, IGA, CA, PIM and enterprise authentication solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement of the identity platform and oversee integrations across applications and services.
