Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Network / Infrastructure Administrator to manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring secure, reliable services across a national care home portfolio. The role collaborates with the Head of IT Infrastructure, IT Support team and MSP to maintain secure identity and access controls while supporting new sites and technology changes.

You will monitor performance, resolve complex identity and connectivity issues, and contribute to disaster recovery, change governance

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in network and infrastructure administration, including AD and Entra ID.
• experience managing identity lifecycle, security groups, policies and privileged access.
• Experience with hybrid Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365) and directory synchronisation.
• Strong networking fundamentals: WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Escalation point for IT Support; resolve identity, connectivity and end-user issues.
• Monitor network and infrastructure performance; support new site openings.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning, governance, audit, and change management.
• Coach IT Support Analysts and share expertise.
