The role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of 20 professionals.

What your days will look like:

Demonstrating strong business acumen and a technology-focused, innovative mindset to drive forward our strategic initiatives on a daily basis.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Providing subject matter expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Leading transformations in areas such as identity governance, privileged access management, access management, and customer identity access management
  • Understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback
  • Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats, including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts

This role is for you if:

  • You can demonstrate good knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the IAM space, particularly in strategy, delivery experience, or assurance for IAM solutions
  • You possess experience in a client-facing role, although this is not essential
  • You have the ability to work from our Edinburgh office for 2-3 days a week, delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor
  • You can leverage your extensive IAM expertise and leadership capabilities to make a significant impact on our organization and its clients
