Job description

We're looking for an IAM Analyst to join ZIGUP's IT team, helping manage user access and support secure IT operations across the business. This role is well suited to someone with strong service desk experience who's looking to deepen their technical skills in a focused IAM environment.

Based in our Huddersfield office, you'll work as part of the wider IAM team, helping to manage user access, resolve tickets, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of colleagues. You'll play a key role in maintaining governance standards around access, while responding to requests and incidents with a customer-first approach.

This is a hands-on role that will see you using tools like Azure AD, ADManager Plus and TopDesk on a daily basis. You'll be responsible for logging all activity in the ITSM platform, ensuring SLA targets are met, and contributing to a strong internal knowledge base to support continuous improvement.

Salary- £26,000 per annum

About you

  • First and foremost, you're confident using ITSM tools (TopDesk, ServiceNow or similar) to handle requests and log actions
  • Ideally, you'll have prior experience in a 1st or 2nd line Service Desk role, with a good understanding of access management
  • You understand the JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) process and the importance of compliant user administration
  • You have a security-aware mindset and an appreciation for governance policies
  • You work methodically and have a strong attention to detail
  • You take a logical approach to problem-solving and ticket resolution
  • You bring a positive, professional approach to your work and enjoy working as part of a team
  • You're proactive, organised and able to manage tasks using your own initiative
