We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our IAM team at Royal London, with core expertise in Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions. As an IAM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's digital assets by managing user access and privileges.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure access control systems, develop and enforce security policies and procedures, conduct regular security assessments and audits, and troubleshoot identity and access-related issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM, excellent problem-solving skills, and be proactive and self-driven with keen attention to detail. Effective communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.
