Job summary

easyJet in Luton is seeking an ID & Vetting Coordinator to support end-to-end screening, vetting and ID processes for new hires and internal movers. You’ll work closely with candidates, referees, airports and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Luton, 40 hours weekly, with excellent staff travel benefits, a 5% pension and up to 20% bonus; PMI and holiday entitlement enhance the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in vetting, screening or compliance.
• Excellent customer service and ability to support candidates.
• Strong attention to detail in regulated environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines.
• Willingness to work in Luton head office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Complete vetting and screening checks in line with requirements.
• Chase outstanding references and support candidates through the vetting process.
• Reviewing documents and verifying identity and right to work information.
• Act as main point of contact for candidates and stakeholders.
• Support the issue of airport passes and vetting access.
• Handle sensitive personal data accurately and confidentially.
• Record, update and maintain vetting information in databases.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience.
