Qualifications

• Education: Diploma Nurse or ADN from an accredited school of nursing.
• License: Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio by time of hire.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire; PALS within 90 days; NRP within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely reports and records.
• Individualize care based on patient values and needs.
• Collaborate with other health care providers for best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families from admission to discharge.
• Support culture of safety through preparation and prevention.
• Work hours as per offer/transfer requirements; longer hours may be needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
