An established educational institution is seeking a dedicated ICT Technician to support and enhance their ICT systems across multiple academies. Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
SALARY: £26,835 FTE - £29,572 per annum (NJC Point 10 – 16)
LOCATION: Sutton Community Academy with travel to Sun Academy, Star Academy, The Dukeries Academy & ATTFE when required

Are you looking for a fantastic new opportunity? As one of our highly valued ICT Technicians, you will be based at Sutton Community Academy and will be required to travel to Sun Academy, Star Academy, The Dukeries Academy, and ATTFE when required. Your role will involve supporting our Network Managers in expanding and maintaining academy ICT systems, including planned expansions, migrations, reactive maintenance, and software specifications.
Every day as an ICT Technician with ATT will bring different challenges. You will ensure our systems remain operational, user-friendly, and virus-free, and create user guides for teachers and students. You should have sound experience in ICT support, including network operating systems, equipment, cabling, LAN, WAN, internet topologies, hardware, and software.
It is important that you can manage your time effectively, prioritize workloads across multiple sites, and enjoy dealing with end users. Familiarity with ICT in education is a plus, but your passion for best practices and attention to detail are most important.
