Your role will involve assisting the IT Manager and Assistant IT Manager in maintaining the organisation’s ICT systems and networks. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing timely and professional support to staff and users of SWTRA’s ICT systems and software.
2. Installing and configuring new ICT hardware and software.
3. Updating and maintaining equipment and ICT inventory regularly.
4. Maintaining security policies on all ICT equipment and vigilantly preventing inappropriate use of IT resources.
