ICT Technician - Secondary School (Agency Placement)
Location: Tower Hamlets, East London
Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-Time, Ongoing (via Agency)

We are working on behalf of a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Tower Hamlets to recruit a skilled and proactive ICT Technician for a full-time, ongoing role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT support professional to work in a rewarding educational environment, supporting both staff and students with day-to-day technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line and second-line technical support across the school
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and AV equipment
Support the school's network and server infrastructure
Manage user accounts and ensure systems are secure and backed up
Collaborate with the school's IT lead and external providers as needed

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in an ICT support role (education sector experience is a plus)
Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and general networking
Confident, reliable, and able to work independently
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply through the agency)
