ICT Teacher

Academic Appointments Ltd is currently working with a North Yorkshire partner Academy to recruit a dedicated ICT Teacher. This is a part-time ICT Teacher placement from September 2024 until the end of the year, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be teaching ICT up to KS4 and will have responsibility for their own exam classes.

School Overview

This is a ‘Good’ rated school where behaviour around the school is often excellent and lessons are consistently good. Students display good attitudes to learning and respond well to opportunities for independent learning through self-directed research.

Requirements
  1. QTS or relevant teaching qualification
  2. Honours degree in a relevant subject
  3. Two references from educational establishments
  4. Evidence of an exemplary track record
  5. A passion for success and quality teaching
  6. Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service
