Connex Education is working with a secondary school in the Derby area that is seeking an ICT Teacher to cover classes for KS3-KS4 on a full-time basis.

About the school

This is a fantastic role in a school that specialises in autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and associated behavioural difficulties. They are looking for an ICT Teacher to support students aged 11-16 with their educational journey and provide a safe space for all students to reach their full potential.

Working hours

We are looking for individuals who can commit to working five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8:45 AM to 3:20 PM.

Person Specification

• Must have UK teaching qualifications.
• Have experience teaching in a secondary setting.
• Applications are accepted from both QTS and ECTs.
• Have a current DBS on the update service or be willing to provide a new one.
• Knowing BSL would be preferred but not necessary.
