Job summary

VolkerWessels UK Ltd. seeks a Systems Developer to design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications across the organisation. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, delivering secure, scalable software solutions and cloud‑based integrations from our Hoddesdon site.

You’ll collaborate with project teams, ensure documentation, and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub, while adhering to governance and security controls.

VolkerWessels UK is seeking a Systems Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of business‑critical applications across the organisation. This role plays a key part in delivering secure, scalable, and high‑quality software solutions that underpin operational performance.

You’ll work across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to new application development, system enhancements, and cloud‑based integrations. You will also collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and support functions to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Please note that this is a permanent, full time role, based onsite in Hoddesdon.

About our role

About you

Essential:

• Experience with Azure cloud technologies, including Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
