Responsibilities

• As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in providing support to end users and undertaking a wide range of duties including the investigation and resolution of technical hardware and software issues, configuration and deployment of desktop hardware and peripherals along with developing and maintaining knowledge base articles and asset registers.

Qualifications

• Experience in the investigation and resolution of end user ICT issues and queries
• Strong communication skills and a confident approach
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
