We are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated ICT Support Team Leader to work with us to support the ICT function across our Trust. Whilst the post will be based at Kineton High School, members of the IT team are expected to be flexible and travel to/work in other schools as required.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the effective deployment of the Technical team and for ensuring that IT Support Teams perform their responsibilities efficiently. This includes managing support tickets appropriately and receiving the necessary guidance to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused support service.
