We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused ICT Support Officer to join our team and help drive the Council's digital capabilities forward.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact on the ICT Service Desk, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage user authentication and access control, ensuring secure and authorised access.
  • Lead day-to-day ICT procurement, from sourcing quotes to managing inventories.
  • Manage Print Room operations and day to day backup processes.
  • Provide expert advice and support to ICT users across the organisation.
