The Directors and Leadership Team of Exceed Learning Partnership are looking to appoint an ICT Support Engineer who is passionate about technology and wants to make a difference in young people’s lives.

Exceed Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust comprising 10 Academies, including Bentley High Street Primary School, Carr Lodge Academy, Edlington Victoria Academy, Hall Cross Academy, Hill Top Academy, Rosedale Primary School, Sandringham Primary School, Sheep Dip Lane Academy, The Mallard Academy, and Willow Primary School, is committed to fostering excellence in education.

In this role, you will not just be fixing computers but providing an ICT service that empowers teachers to deliver engaging lessons and enables our students to explore the digital world with confidence.

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have extensive experience of providing first-line ICT support
• Have a strong technical background in ICT support and troubleshooting
• Have a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Maintain and manage our IT equipment, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, and client devices
• Install and configure new hardware and software
• Assist with the implementation and support of educational technology initiatives
• Be able to proactively prioritize tasks and manage workload
• Work across all Trust sites as required

This role requires travel between schools within the Exceed Learning Partnership estate and access to a vehicle with business insurance. Mileage for travel between sites is paid in addition to salary.
