ICT Support Analyst Apprentice

Salary £15,704 - £25,396

Hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location Doncaster, DN4 5NU

As an ICT Support Analyst Apprentice at FCC Environment, you will be trained to handle a wide range of IT tasks, from hardware fulfilment to user support. Based at our Doncaster office, you will work closely with the IT team to provide high-quality, in-person assistance for walk-in users and scheduled appointments. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology who is eager to build a career in IT while gaining practical experience and professional qualifications.

This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week.

What will you be doing?
  • Providing technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Delivering excellent customer service, including face-to-face support for walk-in queries.
  • Managing orders and stockroom requests accurately using OneApp.
  • Logging and tracking issues using ServiceNow, ensuring detailed records are kept.
  • Assisting with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT equipment and software.
  • Scheduling and coordinating repairs to minimise downtime for users.
  • Supporting digital transformation initiatives, cloud adoption, and cybersecurity improvements.
  • Balancing work responsibilities while actively studying towards your apprenticeship qualification.

  • A genuine interest in IT with a strong desire to learn and develop your skills.
  • Knowledge of basic IT systems and applications, particularly Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional manner with the confidence to help users at all levels.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage tasks effectively.
