Full time hours on a permanent basis

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • We’re seeking an experiencedICT Service Managerto lead the management of ICT infrastructure, IaaS systems, SaaS platforms, and digital services. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Requirements:

    • Degree in Computer Science or related field (essential)
    • Microsoft 365 certifications and advanced Office skills
    • 5 years’ experience with Intune, SharePoint, SaaS platforms, Cisco, Azure, and AD
    • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, Teams telephony, Hyper-V, VMware, and backup/DR solutions
    • Proficiency in PowerShell, networking protocols, and ITSM frameworks
    • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
