We are seeking an ICT Service Desk Technician to join our proactive team. As a progressive company, we offer dynamic and varied work experiences, allowing you to apply your skills gained so far in your career.
You will demonstrate team spirit, a hands-on attitude, and willingness to attend various FHG sites. The role involves using your skills in 1st/2nd/3rd line support, handling ICT requests from both office-based and remote staff, checking and building ICT kits, conducting meeting room checks, and managing other ad hoc queries while contributing to challenging and interesting projects.
You should be self-motivated, focused on priorities, and possess excellent customer service skills. Support will be provided via email, phone, instant messaging, and face-to-face interactions. A positive attitude, motivation, and the ability to influence others during busy periods are essential.
