We are seeking an ICT Service Desk Technician to join our proactive team. As a progressive company, we offer dynamic and varied work experiences, allowing you to apply your skills gained so far in your career.

You will demonstrate team spirit, a hands-on attitude, and willingness to attend various FHG sites. The role involves using your skills in 1st/2nd/3rd line support, handling ICT requests from both office-based and remote staff, checking and building ICT kits, conducting meeting room checks, and managing other ad hoc queries while contributing to challenging and interesting projects.

You should be self-motivated, focused on priorities, and possess excellent customer service skills. Support will be provided via email, phone, instant messaging, and face-to-face interactions. A positive attitude, motivation, and the ability to influence others during busy periods are essential.

A Few Key Points From Our Role Profile
  • Be the first point of contact for the ICT Team, receiving tickets via email, phone, instant message, and face-to-face, ensuring all information is recorded in the Service Desk system.
  • Adopt best practices for ICT Service Delivery and Support, following standards such as ITIL and ISO20000.
  • Provide internal support services to the ICT team, including technical input, data preparation, ICT procurement, liaising with third-party suppliers, maintaining supplier records, and supporting the development and delivery of the Group's ICT systems.
  • Manage incidents, problems, support, and change requests from end to end, escalating to internal support levels or external suppliers as necessary.
