Job description

ICT Senior Business Partner (367398) needed in Kidlington, £450 per day PAYE

Reference: 367398

Responsibilities include Business Relationship Management, Service Delivery, Service Management, ITIL, User Experience, MS Office Suite including Teams, report writing, process mapping, and Supplier Management.

This role is hybrid, requiring visits to sites in Hampshire and Thames Valley. The contract duration is 6 months from the start date.

Additional Details:
  • Role is predominantly in serious crime, including criminal justice and custody.
  • Expected end date: 12/12/2025.
  • Working arrangements: Hybrid, with visits to offices in Thames Valley or Hampshire regions, ranging from once to three times a week depending on demand.
  • Office hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute break. Core hours are 09:00-16:00, flexible around meetings and demand.
  • Key skills required: People skills and engagement with senior stakeholders, multitasking and prioritization, business case development, resource estimation, and experience in the public sector, Home Office, or policing.
  • Desirable: Experience in writing business cases.
  • Policing experience and BRM/Service Delivery Management experience are highly desirable.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
